Every PipeLedger plan includes two monthly allowances. FIQ covers financial intelligence delivered to people and AI agents. FCU covers the infrastructure that keeps your governed financial data refreshed and ready to use.
Each successful governed operation starts at 0.1 FIQ. Only data-intensive work consumes the larger warehouse-derived amount.
Financial intelligence without token counting
A Financial Intelligence Query, or FIQ, measures the governed service PipeLedger delivers to a person, application, or AI agent. It is based on successful PipeLedger operations and attributable warehouse work—not prompt length or raw AI tokens.
A lightweight successful operation consumes 0.1 FIQ. When an operation runs warehouse queries, it consumes the larger of 0.1 FIQ or one FIQ for each 10 MiB of BigQuery data billed, rounded up once for the complete operation. Authentication, authorization, validation, resolution, and delivery inside that request do not create separate charges.
Your allowance works everywhere you use PipeLedger, including the product interface, MCP server, REST API, CLI, and web terminal.
A refreshed financial warehouse without managing pipelines
Financial Compute Units, or FCU, cover the work required to extract ERP data and transform it into governed, query-ready financial datasets.
A typical full warehouse refresh consumes up to 10 FCU. Smaller organizations and incremental updates generally consume less because every refresh is settled against the compute it actually uses.

Actual consumption depends on the number of successful operations and the warehouse data billed for data-intensive requests.
Stay productive without losing control of costs
Usage above the included allowance is metered and billed monthly in arrears. Owners and Admins can control overage through an unpaid-usage budget in Settings.
The default budget is $500 and can be lowered at any time. Live usage is always available in Settings, so you can monitor consumption throughout the month.
Monthly allowance renewal
FIQ and FCU allowances renew each month, including with annual prepaid subscriptions. Unused units do not roll over into the next monthly period.
